Welcome to AdvisoryBoards.me and ConciergeService.AdvisoryBoards.me! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, https://advisoryboards.me/ and https://conciergeservice.advisoryboards.me/, and the advisory and concierge services provided by MGMC Marshall Goldsmith Management Consultancy (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

AdvisoryBoards.me and ConciergeService.AdvisoryBoards.me are operated by MGMC Marshall Goldsmith Management Consultancy, a company registered in the UAE with License No: 841713. Our registered address is Emirates Tower, Level 41, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, P.O. Box 31303, UAE.

2. Acceptance of Terms

To access certain features of our services, such as the concierge service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

The content, features, and functionality of AdvisoryBoards.me and ConciergeService.AdvisoryBoards.me, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and their selection and arrangement, are the exclusive property of MGMC Marshall Goldsmith Management Consultancy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our websites, except as generally permitted by the services or with our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

If our services allow you to submit, post, or display content (e.g., feedback, testimonials, professional profiles), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the services and our business.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MGMC Marshall Goldsmith Management Consultancy and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content posted on the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the courts of Dubai.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
